Exchange Policy
At Majestic Jewellery, we strive to ensure a seamless and confident shopping experience for our valued customers. Our Exchange Policy allows you to exchange your jewellery under the following conditions:
Gold Jewellery
Please review the conditions below:
Exchange within 15 days:
Gold jewellery purchased online can be exchanged within 15 days from the invoice date, without any loss in gold weight or making charges, provided that the item is returned in its original condition.
Only one exchange is permitted per invoice.
Exchange after 15 days:
For exchanges made after 15 days from the date of purchase, the stone weight (if any) and making charges will be deducted. The prevailing gold value on the day of exchange will be considered for the final exchange value.
Diamond and Precious Gemstone Jewellery
The following terms apply:
Exchange within 15 days:
Diamond and gemstone jewellery can be exchanged within 15 days from the invoice date against other diamond or gemstone jewellery, without any loss in value, provided it remains in its original condition.
Only one exchange is permitted per invoice.
Exchange after 15 days:
If exchanged for diamond or gemstone jewellery:
The exchange value will be the higher of:
(a) 80% of the total invoice value, or
(b) 100% of the current gold value + 80% of the current diamond/gemstone value.
If exchanged for gold jewellery:
The exchange value will be the higher of:
(a) 70% of the total invoice value, or
(b) 96% of the current gold value + 70% of the current diamond/gemstone value.
Gold Coins
Customized or altered jewellery is not eligible for exchange within 15 days and will instead fall under the “Exchange after 15 days” category.
Exchange policies do not apply to promotional or discounted products.
Any gifts received at the time of purchase must be returned when exchanging the product; otherwise, the value of the gift will be deducted from the exchange amount.
All applicable local taxes and duties at the time of exchange shall be borne by the customer.
Majestic Jewellery reserves the right to approve or decline any exchange request at its sole discretion.
