Buy Back Policy

At Majestic Jewellery, we value your trust and investment. Our Buy Back Policy allows you to return your jewellery, solitaire diamond, or gold coin for a cash value after 15 days from the date of purchase.

Buy backs can be processed by delivering the item to our address.

 

Gold Jewellery:

Standard regional deductions and prevailing gold rates will apply at the time of buy back.

 

Diamond and Precious Gemstone Jewellery:

For diamond and gemstone jewellery, the buy back value will be calculated as the higher of the following two options:

(a) 70% of the total invoice value, or

(b) 96% of the current gold value plus 70% of the current diamond or gemstone value.

 

Quality Verification:

All buy back items must pass a Quality Check (QC) conducted by our in-house quality assurance team or an accredited laboratory, if required. The process may take up to 4 working days.

Majestic Jewellery reserves the right to determine the final buy back amount based on the outcome of the quality evaluation.
